Job description

Do you walk around thinking that recruitment can be made better, smarter and more efficient? Do you have a few years experience with B2B sales and are not afraid to contact companies, make them interested and close deals?

The role

  • Drive the sales of Hyro to new customers and keep existing happy
  • Actively contact companies, book meetings and have online demos
  • Actively sell the matching algorithm
  • Support and help the further development of Hyro by sharing your ideas for new features

You

  • Have tried B2B sales and really like to build a network as well as contact unknown people directly
  • Feel stuck where you are now and just want to cool stuff
  • Can spare some or your time (around 10 hours a week+) to build something great

Location

This job is 100% Remote but the company is located in Switzerland. You can be anywhere in the world.

Please note: The renumeration of this job is equity based only (there will be no salary). Instead you get a fair share of ownership in the company and can help drive it forward.
